Yes. The is required for any student who wishes to be considered for federal or state financial aid, including grants and certain need-based programs. Completing the FAFSA ensures your student receives full consideration for all forms of aid for which they may be eligible.

Sharing a living space is an important part of the college experience, but it can take time to adjust. At ¿ì²¥µ¼º½, students are supported by Resident Assistants (RAs) and the Housing Coordinator, who live on campus and are trained to help students navigate community living.
These staff members:
- Support students as they learn to live with others
- Help mediate concerns or conflicts
- Uphold community policies
- Provide social and educational programs that build a positive residential environment

A personal computer is not required, but it is strongly recommended. While students have access to computers in the library, the Learning Lab, and the main computer lab, having their own device provides greater flexibility for coursework, communication, and studying.
¿ì²¥µ¼º½ students should have a device that allows them to:
- Participate in virtual meetings and online learning activities
- Take notes and complete digital coursework
- Store files temporarily before uploading to OneDrive
- Use multiple applications at the same time

You can easily add funds to your student’s BuckID online. Deposits are processed immediately, and your student can use the funds right away.

¿ì²¥µ¼º½ does not operate its own campus transportation service, but the campus is small and easy to navigate. Students living in Applewood Village Apartments can walk to classroom buildings in about five minutes.
Students are allowed to have a car on campus—even as freshmen—and parking is free. No parking passes or permits are required.
Some academic programs require travel to outlying facilities, including farms and animal facilities across the CFAES Wooster campus. These locations may require a short drive, and students without a vehicle often carpool with classmates.
WayGo Public Transportation (City of Wooster)
The City of Wooster offers a public transit service called WayGo, which provides both fixed-route buses and on-demand ride options.

- Fixed-route hours: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Nearest stop to ATI: Across from Bob Evans, north of campus (about a 20-minute walk)
