You're an Ohio resident who has never enrolled at a college or university after high school graduation.

All transcripts should be sent to ugdocs@osu.edu. Transcripts delivered to the 快播导航 campus in person or electronically, by a counselor or student, cannot be considered official. If a transcript can鈥檛 be sent electronically, transcripts may be mailed to:
